I’m an award-winning communications professional with a strong moral compass and a passion for delivering behaviour change campaigns and social impact projects
I’m a qualified purpose-led coach, a collaborator and mentor and I actively champion employee wellbeing
I’m also a trained yoga instructor (adults and kids!) and the co-founder of Salka Yoga, a pop up yoga studio founded on the belief that ‘Yoga is for Everyone’
I’ve worked in Glasgow, London and Sydney, gaining in-house and agency experience within the public and private sectors
I’ll always bring an international perspective into the room. I’m half Lebanese, I love Arabic food and I grew up in West Africa and the Middle East

Passion projects +volunteering
2020 | An advisor for the Creative Entrepreneurs' Club during COVID, offering my expertise to members in free bite size 60 minutes strategy sessions
2019 | Created and launched the Let’s get in Om! Yoga Festival to raise funds for mental health charity SAMH featuring rooftop yoga, family yoga, beginners, vinyasa and yin
2016-2018 | Napier University mentoring scheme, donating my time to support creative undergraduate students, running talks and workshops, as well as one-on-one meetings
2014-2015 | Art Pharmacy, an online portal for emerging artists. Launched a pop-up gallery for breakthrough talent as part of the Sydney Festival
2012-2014 | SheSays Sydney an award-winning not-for-profit organisation running free mentorship and events to women in the creative and marketing industry. Why? Because we want to see more women at the top. I volunteered my time as a mentor and built a strong relationship with my matched mentee. I also provided strategic communications support
2012-2014 | The Migrant Women’s Micro-Business Programme, a partnership between Sydney Community College and Canterbury City Community Centre which was paving new ground in adult learning for women. Mentored a migrant woman who was setting up her own micro-business, I offered her PR support and assisted with community integration
